1. Delivery of your order

1.1. Delivery service

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. For reasons of parcel tracking, it is impossible for us to deliver orders to bases or other premises of the Armed Forces unless prior agreement. 

The product ordered is delivered by different carriers, depending on the nature of the product ordered and at the exclusive initiative of Jeu-Montessori, to the address indicated on the order form. A delivery follow-up is given on the online account as soon as the order is notified by email.

The customer is responsible for verifying the completeness and conformity of the information he provides to Jeu-Montessori. Our company cannot be held responsible for possible data entry errors and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery errors. In this context, all expenses incurred for reshipment shall be borne by the customer.

1.2. Delivery costs

For all orders, we take care of the preparation and packaging costs free of charge, with no minimum purchase.

Since June 1st, 2020, the shipping costs in relay point are free from 180€ of purchase (except payment by SEPA mandate and professional account).

A hand-delivery is possible for free on Juvignac (34 - Hérault FRANCE), without minimum order.

In order to meet everyone's needs, several means of delivery are proposed on the site: Tracked letter (for small products), Mondial Relay, Colissimo, UPS or TNT. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the order process according to the weight, the size of the ordered products as well as the delivery address.

1.3. Order preparation time

Your order is shipped within a maximum of 3 working days after receipt of payment (if products are in stock).

It may happen that some products are out of stock. In this case it is indicated in the description of the product in question as well as in an email as soon as the order is confirmed. When the replenishment period is more than 2 weeks, the order is sent in 2 times, with additional shipping costs. Otherwise the order is shipped as soon as we have all the products ordered in stock.

For custom-made products (example: gripping ball), the order preparation time can be up to 8 working days. In addition, in order to provide you with ever lower prices, we reduce the intermediaries, which is why it is our service providers who send you your order directly. It is therefore possible that you receive several packages for the same order if it contains personalized products. 

1.4. Delivery time

An email is automatically sent to the customer when the products are shipped. Upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email, the customer can take into account the delivery times of the different delivery methods announced when placing the order.

Delivery times depend on the delivery address and the carrier chosen when ordering. Jeu-Montessori informs customers of the delivery times announced by these carriers.

Please note that the delivery times are subject to change: 

- For payments other than credit card and Paypal, the order is not validated until we confirm the receipt of payment. 

- For the payment by administrative mandate, the order is validated only once the form of administrative mandate and the order confirmation are received by our services. 

1.5. Delivery zones

The geographical delivery zone of the Jeu-Montessori store is as follows:

- Metropolitan France and Corsica

- Overseas : (1) Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion Island, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, French Southern and Antarctic Territories (T.A.A.F), Wallis and Futuna.

- European Union + Switzerland + Andorra + Monaco: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City.

- World: Africa, North America, South America, Central America / West Indies, Asia, Europe outside the European Union, Maghreb, Oceania.

1.6. Packaging

The products are packaged in such a way as to comply with the transport standards in force, and to ensure optimal protection of the products during their delivery. The customer is asked to respect these same standards for any type of product return. In the event of a product return, if we find that the product returns damaged due to insufficient quality packaging, Jeu-Montessori may decide to only partially reimburse the product or refuse to reimburse it if it is impossible to resell it in its current state.

1.7. Absence or delay in delivery

after the maximum date indicated at the time of the order, the buyer may require the seller to deliver the goods within a reasonable additional period. If, in spite of this, the delivery does not take place, the buyer may request the cancellation of the sale. In this case, the seller must reimburse all sums paid by the buyer (including shipping costs) as soon as possible, and within 14 days at the latest. 

However, we can exonerate ourselves from our responsibility if the non-performance is due to an act of the consumer, or to the occurrence of an event of force majeure (See Article 9 "Force majeure" in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale).

1.8. Damaged parcel

As part of the legal guarantee of conformity, the purchaser may refuse or return the package if it is damaged in transit (see paragraph 2.7 "Returns under the Rejected reason"). If the purchaser has accepted the package and wishes to return it, he must inform Customer Service as soon as possible so that our services can take the necessary measures as soon as possible.

However, the company Jeu-Montessori can be released from its responsibility by proving that the non-execution or poor execution of the contract is attributable to the purchaser, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party or to a case of force majeure (See Article 9 "Force majeure" in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale).

2. Returns of one or more products of your order

2.1. Return procedure and general conditions

In an objective of identification and thus of an optimal treatment of the returns, any product requiring to be returned must be the subject of a request for return to our services, under penalty of being refused. To do so, please contact our Customer Service (by email at [email protected], with your order number in the subject line. 

Upon receipt of the agreement of the Customer Service, you have 14 days to return the product to us. After this period, your return will be refused. We advise you to make the return with a follow-up. Otherwise, if the package, sent by you, and returned to our services, does not reach us, you will not be able to launch an investigation with the postal services to ask them to locate it because only the sender of the package is able to launch an investigation with the postal services. Please note that any package not sent by us is not under our responsibility. 

In order to process your request correctly, please remind us of your order reference and your full contact details.

The customer will have to give us the return tracking number (within 48 hours of shipment) and the reasons for the return by email at [email protected] or via the "Contact us" section.

2.2. Returns under the reason "Reference error".

In accordance with the legal provisions, you have 14 days following receipt of your product, excluding the day of receipt, to inform us that the product received is not the product ordered. In order to process your request correctly, please remind us of your order reference and your full contact details.

No returns will be accepted if the returned product is unsuitable for remarketing. Therefore the product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, undamaged, unmarked, ... Failing this, the product will be returned to you, at your expense.

After receipt and acceptance of the package of the buyer by our services, depending on the nature of the product, available stocks and according to the wishes of the buyer, we offer :

- either to deliver the product initially ordered.

- or to offer you a similar or higher quality product at a similar price, if the product initially ordered is not available.

- or to refund you the product in question + the shipping costs in proportion to the items returned, by the same means of payment as that used for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed between the parties). This refund will be sent to the purchaser within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the package by Jeu-Montessori.

- or to refund the product in question + the shipping costs in proportion to the items returned, in the form of a purchase voucher with 10% of the order offered, valid for 6 months from the date of receipt by the customer.

2.3. Returns under the reason "Withdrawal".

In accordance with the legal provisions, within 14 days of receiving your product, excluding the day of receipt, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. When the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the first following working day. There is no penalty to pay, however the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. 

If the purchaser wishes to benefit from his right of retraction, he will have to contact Customer Service so that our team can send him the retraction form. In order to process the return request correctly, please remember the order reference when contacting us.

The right of retraction also applies to products sold out and out of stock. However, in accordance with the legal provisions, the right of retraction cannot be exercised for personalized products made to order by the customer.

No return will be accepted if the returned product is unsuitable for remarketing. Therefore the product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, undamaged, unmarked, ... Failing this, the product will be returned to you, at your expense.

After reception and acceptance of the package of the buyer by our services, depending on the nature of the product, the available stocks and according to the wish of the buyer, we propose :

- either to offer you an exchange product of equivalent value.

- or to refund you the product in question, by the same means of payment as that used for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed between the parties). This refund will be sent to the purchaser within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the package by Jeu-Montessori.

- or to refund the product in question in the form of a purchase voucher, valid for 6 months from the date of receipt by the customer.

2.4. Returns under the reason "Wrong address"

The reason "Wrong address" is the parcels returned by the delivery service provider under the mention: Does not live at the indicated address.

The Customer is responsible for verifying the completeness and conformity of the information provided to Jeu-Montessori. Our company shall not be held responsible for any data entry errors and the consequences in terms of late or incorrect delivery. In this context, all expenses incurred for reshipment will be charged to the customer.

After reception and acceptance of the parcel in return shipper by our care, we will take contact with the purchaser in order to propose to him:

- either a reshipment of the order, with additional reshipment costs.

- or a refund of the total amount of the order, shipping costs deducted, by the same means of payment as that used for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed between the parties). This refund will be sent to the purchaser within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the return package by Jeu-Montessori.

- or a refund of the total amount of the order, shipping costs deducted, in the form of a purchase voucher with 10% of the order offered, valid for 6 months from the date of receipt by the customer.

2.5. Returns under the reason "Unclaimed".

The reason "Unclaimed" are packages that have not been claimed by customers at the post office within the time limit.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the completeness and conformity of the information he or she provides to Jeu-Montessori. Our company shall not be held responsible for possible data entry errors and the consequences in terms of late or incorrect delivery. In this context, all expenses incurred for reshipment will be charged to the customer.

A notice of passage in the mailbox or an email and/or SMS will be sent to the buyer in order to warn him of the location of the order to be picked up. A period of 1 to 2 weeks will then be granted to collect the order at the collection point indicated before it is reshipped to us.

After reception and acceptance of the parcel by us, we will contact the buyer in order to propose him/her :

- Either a reshipment of the order, with additional reshipment costs.

- or a refund of the total amount of the order, shipping costs deducted, by the same means of payment as that used for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed between the parties). This refund will be sent to the purchaser within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the return package by Jeu-Montessori.

- or a refund of the total amount of the order, shipping costs deducted, in the form of a purchase voucher with 10% of the order offered, valid for 6 months from the date of receipt by the customer.

2.6. Returns under the reason "Refused".

The reason "Refused" are the packages that have been refused at the time of delivery by the buyer. 

After receipt and acceptance of the package of the buyer by our services, depending on the nature of the product, available stocks and according to the wishes of the buyer, we offer :

- either to offer you an exchange product of equivalent value.

-or to reimburse you for the product in question, by the same means of payment as that used for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed between the parties). This refund will be sent to the purchaser within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the package by Jeu-Montessori.

-either refund the product in question in the form of a purchase voucher, valid for 6 months from the date of receipt by the customer.
